We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join our growing team. We have openings for both Freshers eager to start their careers and Experienced Professionals looking to manage and optimize our data management processes.
Key Responsibilities For Freshers (0–1 Year Experience):
- Enter and update alphanumeric data accurately into internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Verify accurate details from raw source documents before inputting data.
- Identify and correct minor data errors, duplicates, or discrepancies.
- Maintain digital and physical file archives according to company organization standards.
- Perform routine data backups and assist senior team members with bulk data tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Skill Requirements:
- Typing Speed:
Minimum 40–50 WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic MS Office tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in large datasets quickly.
- Communication: Transparent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
- Fresher: 0–1 years; eagerness to learn data tools and organizational procedures.
- Experienced: 1–3+ years in data entry, administrative support, or database management (experience with ERP/CRM software like SAP, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus).
