Position Summary The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data and records. The role requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, good attention to detail, and accuracy in handling information.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into company systems and Excel sheets.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and files.
- Prepare and update daily reports and data sheets.
- Check data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Perform basic data analysis and formatting in Microsoft Excel.
- Use basic Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and formatting.
- Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word.
- Maintain proper records of documents and data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification.
- Ensure all assigned data-entry work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Key Competencies/Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Basic knowledge of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP is preferred.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
