Mores Techno Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our Digital Marketing team by maintaining accurate records, updating databases, managing online data, and assisting with day-to-day digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
- Maintain and organize digital marketing databases and records.
- Update lead, customer, campaign, and property-related information.
- Verify data for accuracy and identify/remove duplicate or incorrect entries.
- Assist the Digital Marketing team with data collection and reporting.
- Maintain records of leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare basic reports and data summaries as required.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for data-related requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of digital documents and records.
- Handle confidential company and customer information responsibly.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
