We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with a solid foundation in data analysis, data modeling, and modern cloud data platforms. You will play a pivotal role in designing data solutions, building robust pipelines, and partnering with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Architecture & Modeling: Design and implement scalable data models and analytics solutions that meet business needs.
- Pipeline Engineering: Write complex, optimized SQL queries and utilize dbt to build, maintain, and test data transformations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain intuitive reports and dashboards to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management:



Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact data solutions.
- Innovation: Leverage exposure to modern AI/GenAI tools and capabilities to enhance data engineering processes and platform autonomy.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Core Expertise: 6-8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with strong proficiency in SQL and dbt.
- Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms (experience with Snowflake is highly preferred).
- Analytics: Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
- Nice to Have: Functional knowledge of Renewals or Finance domains is a strong plus.
