Project Role : Data Engineer

Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Must have skills : Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Summary

As a Data Engineer, your typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. You will be responsible for creating efficient data pipelines that facilitate seamless data flow across various systems. Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data is a key part of your role, along with implementing extract, transform, and load processes to migrate and deploy data effectively.

Your work enables smooth data operations that support broader organizational goals and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.





- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance and reliability.

- Document data processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

- Assist junior team members in understanding data engineering concepts and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Neptune.

- Experience with designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes.

- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.

- Ability to ensure data quality through validation and cleansing techniques.

- Familiarity with data migration strategies and deployment across distributed systems.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education AWS Neptune must have is required.
