Role Overview

Generalists to contribute to a large-scale AI training project. The role involves analyzing and annotating data, evaluating AI-generated responses, and providing high-quality feedback to help improve how next-generation AI models learn, reason, and perform .

No prior AI experience is required. Candidates with solid critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, evaluate, and annotate different types of data for AI training and validation.
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.
- Provide clear and structured written feedback based on project guidelines.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies,



and areas for improvement in model outputs.
- Handle problem-solving and evaluation tasks across different topics and domains.
- Follow annotation guidelines and participate in quality assurance processes .
- Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across assigned tasks.
