We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Data Analytics professionals to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates will possess robust expertise in SQL, data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence. This role involves working with large and complex datasets, delivering actionable insights, developing analytics solutions, and leading data analytics teams to support strategic business decisions.

The successful candidates will collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor analytics professionals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Engineering

- Develop, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL scripts.
- Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from databases, APIs, and flat files.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Work with large datasets, data warehouses, and analytical data models.

2. Reporting & Data Visualization

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Analyze data trends and deliver meaningful business insights.
- Present complex data in a clear and visually compelling manner.

3. Business Intelligence & Stakeholder Management

- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert in data analytics and business intelligence.

4. Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Lead, guide, and mentor data analysts and team leads.
- Review analytical solutions and ensure quality and timely delivery.




- Establish best practices for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and methodologies.

5. Client & Project Management

- Manage stakeholder and client interactions related to analytics deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Support project planning and delivery of analytics initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, data manipulation, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor professionals, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Google and PLX environments.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and big data technologies.
- Knowledge of data governance, data security, and data quality best practices.
- Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.

Sr. Data Analyst Manager - 7+ years

Sr. Data Analyst SDM - 10+ years

Overall hiring range: 6-15 years of relevant experience, based on role requirements and level of responsibility.
