We are looking for an Associate Data Analytics L2 with 35 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Looker and Google BigQuery, along with a good understanding of SQL, data modeling, dashboards, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Looker dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Google BigQuery for data analysis and reporting.

Build and maintain LookML models, explores, dimensions, measures, and derived tables.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable business insights.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Optimize Looker reports and BigQuery queries for performance and efficiency.





Troubleshoot issues related to dashboards, data models, queries, and data pipelines.

Document data models, reporting logic, and analytical solutions.

Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other technology teams to support analytics initiatives.

Required Skills

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.

Strong proficiency in Looker, including LookML, Looker dashboards, Explores, dimensions, and measures.

Strong hands-on experience with Google BigQuery.

Advanced SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.

Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling.

Experience in developing business dashboards and translating business requirements into analytical solutions.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other GCP data services.

Exposure to ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.

Experience working with Python for data analysis or automation.

Knowledge of BI and analytics best practices.

Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
