Role Description This is a full-time Data Analyst role with a focus on Python, SQL, DAV & Claude, and AI, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region in a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to support business intelligence and AI-driven workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, creating data models, writing optimized SQL queries, and developing Python scripts to automate data pipelines and analysis. The role also involves collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business questions into analytical problems,



delivering transparent insights and recommendations.

The Data

Analyst will work with AI tools and platforms, including Claude and related DAV capabilities, to enhance analytics, support autonomous workflows, and improve decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and practical experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and familiarity with quantitative analysis methods.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience with Data Modeling and designing scalable data structures.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing, querying, and automation.
- Experience working with AI tools and platforms (such as Claude or similar LLM-based systems) and an understanding of AI-driven automation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across distributed teams.
- Experience in high-growth or technology-focused environments and familiarity with modern data stacks is a plus.
