Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Data Analyst role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Data

Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and analytical models using Python and SQL, supporting AI agents and intelligent automation solutions. Daily responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources; performing exploratory and statistical analysis; and creating dashboards and reports in DAV or comparable tools to support decision-making. The role involves collaborating with AI agent developers to define data requirements, integrate data into agent workflows,



and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement.

The Data

Analyst will also document data processes, communicate insights to stakeholders in clear, accessible language, and contribute to the design and testing of current AI-driven business automation features, including experimentation with tools such as Claude and other modern AI platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and data-driven problem solving.
- Solid foundation in statistics and data modeling for descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data insights into clear recommendations.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and integration with AI/ML workflows.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying, joining, and optimizing relational datasets in production environments.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., DAV or equivalent BI platforms).
- Familiarity with AI agent development, prompt engineering, and working with LLMs such as Claude or similar tools.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing concepts, and best practices in data quality and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborate with distributed teams, and manage time across onsite and remote work.
