About the Role

Nedisha Group is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who can collect, organize, analyze and interpret company data to support management and different departments in making better business decisions.

The candidate will be responsible for fetching data from different sources, maintaining accurate databases/reports, analyzing business performance and preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and fetch data from different departments and company sources.
- Maintain and organize company data in Excel/Google Sheets or other systems.
- Analyze sales, leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, customers and follow-ups.
- Track performance of the Sales and Calling Teams.
- Analyze IndiaMART and other lead data and identify lead conversion trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Compare actual performance with targets and identify gaps.
- Analyze sales pipeline, pending follow-ups and conversion rates.
- Identify high-performing and low-performing areas, products, regions and sales activities.
- Prepare reports for Management meetings and reviews.
- Check data accuracy and identify missing, duplicate or incorrect information.
- Coordinate with Sales, Calling, Accounts, Customer Service and other departments for required data.
- Create dashboards, charts and performance summaries for Management.
- Maintain historical data and prepare trend analysis.




- Provide data-based insights to help Management improve sales and business performance.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements from Management.

- Monthly and quarterly performance
- Employee/team performance

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst/MIS/Data Reporting Executive.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS and other Excel formulas.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to collect, clean and organize large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data tools will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify trends, errors and gaps in data.
- Valuable reporting and presentation skills.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Should be comfortable working with large Excel sheets and business data.
- Should have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Should be responsible for maintaining data confidentiality.
- Should be able to work independently and complete reports within deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
