Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Hyderabad.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reporting and analysis. In this role, the individual will build and maintain dashboards and reports, perform statistical analyses, and develop data models to support business decisions. The position involves interpreting trends and patterns, preparing clear summaries and visualizations, and presenting insights to stakeholders in a concise and actionable manner.

Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, improve data quality,



and support ongoing process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics to design analyses, validate findings, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain data-driven insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling to structure data for reporting, forecasting, and decision-support tools.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in working with large datasets and knowledge of database concepts or cloud data platforms is an advantage.
