As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work directly with large datasets to build models, dashboards, and automated reports that optimize our lending ecosystem. Joining us means getting hands-on exposure to real-world fintech use cases and learning how analytics powers business growth and portfolio health in a fast-scaling workplace.

How You'll Make an Impact:

- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) to generate actionable insights for business and risk leadership.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards, MIS reports, and data pipelines to streamline recurring reporting workflows
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics, including DPD trends, repayment behavior, and customer risk profiles.
- Perform thorough data validation and quality checks across multiple internal data sources to ensure high data integrity.




- Conduct ad-hoc exploratory data analysis to solve operational bottlenecks and support strategic decision-making.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

- Fresh graduate or up to 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of core data structures, data cleaning techniques, and exploratory data analysis frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical teams.
