Job Title : Data Analyst

Role Summary:

The Analyst provides foundational analytics support across 7-Eleven’s retail categories, enabling fact-based decisions for Merchandising and Category Management. This role is critical in building accurate reporting, validating data, and delivering baseline insights that fuel category growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain standardized reports/dashboards on sales, promotions, assortment, and vendor performance across categories.

· Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery of recurring reports and ad-hoc requests.

· Support pricing, promotion, and assortment analytics with initial insights and recommendations.

· Collaborate with senior team members to prepare inputs for category reviews and strategy decks.

· Maintain and improve data sources, trackers, and automation tools to drive efficiency.

Attributes:





· Robust attention to detail with ability to validate and reconcile data across systems.

· Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).

· Curiosity to learn the retail business model and eagerness to grow in analytics.
