About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our dynamic team remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate reports, dashboards, and basic insights that aid strategic planning and operational improvements.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a relevant educational background, including a graduation degree in BCA, BSc, BE, BTech, BA, BCom, MBA, or a similar field with a keen interest in data. Freshers and students graduating in 2024, 2025,



or 2026 are encouraged to apply. A strong foundational understanding of data analysis tools and concepts is essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities In this role, your core responsibilities will include:

- Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources such as Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL exports to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Preparing comprehensive reports and summaries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support business operations.
- Building and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies within datasets, and sharing actionable insights with relevant teams.
- Supporting ad-hoc data requests from various departments, providing timely and relevant data analysis.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of reports, metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of data throughout all processes.

Required Skills The successful candidate should demonstrate:

- Strong fundamentals in Excel or Google Sheets,



including proficiency with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and chart creation.
- Understanding of data cleaning, formatting, and basic data manipulation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, including commands such as SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, and GROUP BY, is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
