Roles & Responsibilities:

- Data Reporting & Analysis: Manage and streamline business reporting across different product teams, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.

- Product Insights: Analyze user behavior and app usage data to identify actionable insights that will drive product improvements and feature enhancements.

- Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure the integrity of the data stored in Google BigQuery by performing regular data quality checks, data cleansing, and ensuring that the data is accurate and consistent.

- Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.

- Business Strategy Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve product performance, increase user engagement, and optimize monetization strategies.

- Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.





- Process Optimization: Assist in refining and automating business processes related to data collection, reporting, and analysis.

- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and assist with special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

- At least 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or a similar role. Experience working with Android apps or consumer tech products is a plus.

- Must have experience in handling large data sets

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in SQL, particularly with Google BigQuery.

- Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).

- Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g. Python) is necessary.

- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights.

- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

- Attention to Detail: Robust attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reports and analyses.

- Familiarity with Data Warehousing: Experience with cloud storage platforms like Google BigQuery and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
