About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience, preferably from the Lending, NBFC, FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services domain.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial and lending data, building reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business, credit, risk, and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze large datasets related to loan portfolios, borrower behavior, and financial transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports for management.
- Track and analyze key business and lending metrics.

1. Lending & Portfolio Analysis

- Monitor loan disbursement, repayment, collection, and portfolio performance.
- Analyze borrower and loan-level data to identify trends and patterns.
- Provide data-driven insights to Credit, Risk, and Business teams.

1. Data Management

- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from CRM systems, lending platforms, and databases.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial and operational reports.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

1. Dashboard & Visualization

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel.




- Convert complex datasets into easy-to-understand reports and visualizations.
- Present key insights and findings to business stakeholders.

1. Business Support & Insights

- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, Sales, and Business teams.
- Identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Support management in making data-driven business decisions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Understanding of lending operations, credit risk, and loan lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in NBFC, FinTech, Banking, Lending, or Financial Services.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience working with lending platforms, CRM systems, or financial databases.
- Understanding of loan portfolio and repayment analytics.

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Data Analytics
- Statistics
- Finance
- Economics
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- or a related field

What We’re Looking For A detail-oriented and analytical skilled who can translate financial and lending data into meaningful business insights and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
