Data Analyst – Supply Chain to analyse supply chain data and provide actionable insights to improve inventory, demand planning, procurement, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales, inventory, demand, procurement, and warehouse data to identify trends and gaps.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards, and regular performance reports.
- Track key supply chain KPIs such as inventory levels, stock-outs, ageing, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Support Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams with data-driven insights and analysis.
- Automate and improve existing reports and dashboards wherever possible.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide relevant analysis.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics / Data Analytics / Business Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of inventory, demand planning, and supply chain processes.
- FMCG / D2C / Retail / E-commerce experience will be an advantage.
