We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. You'll coordinate across departments, create and maintain data as per business requirements, build dashboards, and help leadership make smarter, faster decisions using data and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to gather and align data requirements
- Collect, clean, organize, and create data as per requirement
- Build and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets, models, and formulas
- Design interactive dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) to track key metrics
- Use AI tools to speed up analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and surface insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
- Present findings to stakeholders in a transparent, actionable way

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



macros a plus)
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis
- Good cross-department coordination and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
