- Handle milk and milk product production processes.
- Monitor production parameters, quality and hygiene standards.
- Conduct basic quality checks of milk and dairy products.
- Ensure proper processing, packing, storage and dispatch.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Follow SOP, GMP, HACCP and food safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and QC teams.
- Qualification: M.Sc./B.Tech Dairy Technology.
