We are looking for someone with sound knowledge of dairy processing, production, quality systems, and product development who can contribute to improving product quality, process efficiency, and innovation across our dairy portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and improve production processes for dairy products such as Paneer, Dahi, Lassi, Chhash, Shrikhand, Ghee and other value-added dairy products
- Ensure consistent product quality, yield, texture, taste and shelf life
- Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues
- Work on process optimization and reduction of production losses
- Support new product development, trials and scale-up
- Monitor critical process parameters and maintain proper production records
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and R&D; teams
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, GMP and HACCP requirements
- Analyse quality parameters including fat, SNF, acidity, microbial quality and other relevant dairy parameters
- Identify opportunities for improving productivity,



product quality and cost efficiency
- Support implementation and standardisation of SOPs across the manufacturing process

Qualification: ? B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Tech in Dairy Technology / Dairy Science / Food Technology or a related field

Experience:

- Candidates with 3+ years of experience in dairy manufacturing will be preferred
- Experience in Paneer and value-added dairy products will be an added advantage
