Role Description The D365 Finance Consultant will work in office in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area in a full-time capacity, supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. Daily activities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and configuring D365 Finance modules to meet operational and reporting needs.

The role involves collaborating closely with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders, conducting workshops, documenting processes, and providing user training and support. The consultant will troubleshoot finance-related system issues, assist with data migration and integrations,



and help ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Ongoing responsibilities include identifying opportunities for process improvement, supporting upgrades and new features, and contributing to project planning and execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning , with the ability to translate business requirements into effective D365 Finance solutions.
- Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, diagnosing process gaps, and recommending system and workflow improvements.
- Experience in Consulting , preferably in ERP or D365 Finance, working with cross-functional teams and guiding stakeholders through change.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or similar ERP finance modules.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., D365 Finance, ERP, or accounting) are an advantage.
