Role Description The Cyber Security Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs on core cybersecurity topics for students and professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, creating hands-on labs and practical exercises, conducting classroom sessions, assessing learner performance, and updating content based on current industry trends and threats. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align training with organizational standards, provide mentoring and guidance to learners,



and participate in workshops or seminars as required.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India, requiring consistent classroom presence and interaction with learners.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Network Security, including secure network design, monitoring, and incident response.
- Practical knowledge of Application Security practices such as secure coding, vulnerability assessment, and remediation.
- Experience or familiarity with Malware Analysis techniques and tools used to detect and analyze malicious software.
- Prior experience in technical training, teaching, or mentoring in a cybersecurity or IT domain is highly beneficial.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP) are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create inclusive learning environments.
- Ability to design structured curricula, develop training materials, and adapt content for different skill levels.
- Willingness to stay updated with emerging security threats, tools, and best practices, and reflect these in training programs.
