Cybersecurity EngineerJob Overview

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to protect applications, systems, networks, and data from security threats. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, vulnerability management, network security, application security, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain security controls across applications, systems, and networks.
- Monitor systems for security threats, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activities.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, security testing, and risk analysis.
- Identify, investigate, and remediate security vulnerabilities and incidents.
- Implement application and API security best practices.
- Configure and manage security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.
- Conduct security reviews of applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Assist with incident response, threat detection, and security investigations.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, encryption, and access-control mechanisms.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement DevSecOps practices.
- Maintain security documentation, reports, policies, and incident records.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of network security, application security, and information security.




- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, common vulnerabilities, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and security testing tools.
- Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint security.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols, encryption, and access management.
- Familiarity with Linux, Windows, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS.
- Experience with cloud security and security monitoring.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevSecOps workflows.

Good to Have
- Experience with penetration testing and tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, or similar.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud security.
- Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, ELK, or Microsoft Sentinel.
- Security certifications such as CEH, Security+, OSCP, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or PCI DSS.

Experience 1–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, application security, or a related field.

Pay: ₹352,293.45 - ₹1,680,781.54 per year
