About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer specializing in Application Security and Vulnerability Management to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of security principles, hands-on experience in secure software development, and expertise in modern security tools and methodologies. This role involves working closely with security, AI, and engineering teams to identify, analyze, and mitigate security vulnerabilities throughout the software development lifecycle.

The candidate will be instrumental in implementing security best practices, automating security processes, and contributing to the development of AI-driven security solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, shaping the future of secure software systems in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

- Total Experience - 6 - 10 Years




- Notice Period - Immediate - 15 days
- Location - Bangalore
- Strong experience in Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Threat Modeling, SAST/DAST and Secure SDLC.
- Hands-on expertise in Python/Java, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD/DevSecOps.
- Good understanding of Cloud Security (AWS/Azure), OWASP, CWE/CVE, and vulnerability assessment.
- Exposure to GenAI/LLMs, Claude/OpenAI, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and MCP is highly preferred.
- Experience in AI-driven vulnerability discovery, exploitability analysis, remediation, and security automation is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with Security, AI, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement application security strategies to protect enterprise systems and data.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling to identify security gaps.
- Utilize SAST/DAST tools to analyze source code and runtime environments for security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Automate security testing and vulnerability detection processes using CI/CD pipelines and security automation tools.
- Monitor cloud environments (AWS/Azure) for security compliance and vulnerabilities, recommending corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, especially related to AI and cloud security.




- Engage in AI-driven security initiatives, including vulnerability discovery using AI/ML models and prompt engineering techniques.
- Assist in incident response and remediation efforts related to security breaches or vulnerabilities.
- Document security procedures, findings, and recommendations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
