Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cyber Security and Networking Executive based in Vadodara.

for Cyber Security and Networking Executive

Cyber Security

- Design, implement, document and manage cybersecurity controls to protect networks, systems, and data
- Monitor logs and respond to security incidents , threats, and vulnerabilities
- Conduct risk assessments and support vulnerability scans as per the ISMS
- Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM tools , and antivirus systems
- Maintain security policies, procedures, documentation and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, TISAX, or other industry regulations
- Investigate security breaches and perform root cause analysis and mitigation plans
- Ensure secure configuration of servers, endpoints, cloud environments, and applications
- Taking care of perimeter security, OT & IT Assets and documenting
- Conducting Training and awareness Sessions

Networking

- Design, configure, document and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi , and cloud-based networks
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls,



and load balancers
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity
- Manage network security architecture , including segmentation and access control
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for network systems

Operations & Collaboration

- Work closely with IT teams to ensure secure system integration
- Provide support for troubleshooting network and security issues
- Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and incident reports
- Stay updated with latest cybersecurity threats and networking technologies

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Conduct internal audits, face auditors during the certification process, surveillance audits and other audit related activities
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, Server protocols, VM, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF)
- Hands-on experience with firewalls and security appliances (SonicWall, Sophus, Palo Alto, etc.)
- Experience with SIEM tools , vulnerability management, and Endpoint Security Tools (Manage Engine, Seqrite, Wazuh and Zabbix)
- Knowledge of Windows environments and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud security
- Understanding of Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, and secure authentication methods

Soft Skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond calmly under pressure during security incidents
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Conducting and effectively working on DR-BCP independently

Qualifications

- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology / cyber security, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Cyber Security and Networking(may vary by role level)

Preferred Certifications

- CCNA / CCNP
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- Security+
- CISSP or CISM (for senior roles)
- SonicWall/Sophus/Net gear/HPE/Fortinet / Palo Alto/Cisco certifications
