DesiTech is looking for a smart, confident and customer-friendly Customer Support & Order Care Executive to manage customers from the time an order is placed until successful delivery.

You will act as a dedicated point of contact for customers, helping ensure a smooth ordering and delivery experience while also assisting the company in improving delivery rates, customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers after order placement for order and address confirmation
- Provide expected dispatch/delivery information and answer product/order queries
- Handle customers through phone and WhatsApp until successful delivery
- Follow up on delayed shipments, NDRs and unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Encourage COD customers to convert their orders to prepaid where appropriate
- Call and recover abandoned checkouts/carts
- Handle basic warranty, replacement and product-related queries
- Follow up with delivered customers for satisfaction and Google reviews
- Cross-sell/upsell relevant products to existing customers
- Maintain proper customer follow-up records and update order/support status
- Coordinate with warehouse,



logistics and other internal teams when required

Candidate Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi & Odia
- Basic spoken/written English
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp
- Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Patient, responsible and solution-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in e-commerce, telecalling, customer support, CRM, logistics or sales will be preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

What We're Looking For

This is not just a call-centre role. We want someone who can take ownership of assigned customers and ensure they receive a good experience from order placement → delivery → after-sales support.

Candidates should be comfortable with both customer service and conversion-oriented activities such as abandoned-cart recovery, COD-to-prepaid conversion and relevant upselling.

Work Location: Cuttack, Odisha

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
