Job Overview

TCP International is hiring a Customer Support Intern to support a US-based client with customer communication, scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, data management, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer/client communication, queries, and follow-ups.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and task deadlines.
- Maintain documents, reports, records, and customer data.
- Work with Google Workspace, MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM/Salesforce, and task management tools.
- Conduct online research and organize information.
- Assist with basic website/email testing, documentation, content, and automation tasks.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders and provide general administrative support.
- Maintain confidentiality and skilled communication.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Strong organizational,



time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with computers, software, and online tools.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.

Education Graduates/final-year students from Business Administration, Management, BCA, IT, or related fields can apply. Freshers are welcome.
