Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls for the US Healthcare process.
- Assist customers with healthcare-related queries.
- Handle queries related to claims, insurance, and billing.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Update customer details in the system.
- Maintain good customer service and communication.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
- Willing to work from office in Bangalore.
- Graduate / Undergraduate / 12th Pass as per process eligibility.
