- Greet and assist customers with product and service queries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Apple products.
- Explain product features, specifications, offers, and services.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
- Support sales activities and contribute to store targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with product demonstrations and basic troubleshooting.




- Maintain proper documentation and follow store policies and processes.
