Position: Customer Support Executive, HNI Process

Candidate Profile

- Male candidates only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO Voice Process is mandatory
- Excellent/Advanced English communication skills
- Native Malayalam proficiency is mandatory
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Confident, qualified, and customer-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through voice calls
- Communicate with HNI customers professionally and confidently
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction




- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Working Details
- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Week Off
- Shift timings as per business/process requirements

Salary Take-home Salary: 24,000 29,000 per month ( Depend on last drawn salary and interview performance)

CTC: Up to 33,000 per month (Approx. 4 LPA)
