Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real-estate projects.

- Handle incoming enquiries and provide customers with basic project information.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.

- Explain project details, pricing, offers, payment plans, and available properties.

- Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site-visit appointments.

- Coordinate with the Sales Executive/Team for leads requiring further assistance.

- Convert enquiries into qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.





- Handle customer questions professionally and maintain good customer relationships.

- Prepare daily and weekly call and follow-up reports.

- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Hindi communication is essential; knowledge of English/local language is an advantage.

- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.

- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer and MS Office/CRM knowledge.

- Freshers can apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
