Job Responsibilities:-
Role: Customer Support Executive-Non-Voice
(handling customer and resolving their query over chat)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidate should be confident while answering.
- Fluent English
- Typing Speed-30WPM & Accuracy- 90
- Should be comfortable with night shifts
Rounds-
1. Recruiter screening round
2. Assessment
3. Managerial/Ops Round (final round)
WFO Rotational Shifts (majorly night shifts)
Rotational 2 week off
Cab facility for female candidate (amount will be deducted from in hand).
Note: Candidates Must be adaptable to work in Rotational shifts/Night shift and be available for Work from Office on immediate Basis.
