Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
Maintain a positive and qualified interaction with customers.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience is Mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Work Schedule
- Training: 6 working days per week
- Post Training: 5 working days per week
- Shift: 24×7 rotational shifts
Job Location Noida – Work From Office
