Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their journey — from answering product and order-related questions to resolving issues and ensuring a positive overall experience with Filohevis.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, patient when handling complaints, quick to respond, and comfortable working across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram/social media, email, and other support channels
- Respond to customers promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, delivery, returns, exchanges, and other queries
- Track and follow up on customer issues until they are resolved
- Handle complaints calmly and find practical solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams, delivery partners, and other relevant parties to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, complaints, orders, and resolutions




- Follow up with customers when required and ensure issues are not left unresolved
- Identify recurring customer issues and communicate them to the relevant team
- Help create a smooth and positive customer experience at every touchpoint
- Maintain a skilled and friendly tone while representing the Filohevis brand
- Support other customer-service-related tasks as required

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Good command of English and Hindi
- Friendly, patient, and approachable personality
- Ability to handle difficult or frustrated customers professionally
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to learn quickly and understand products and company processes

Experience

- 0–2 years of customer support/customer service experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
