Freshers

- 18,000 CTC
- Performance-based incentives

Experienced Candidates

- Up to 35,000 CTC
- Performance-based incentives

Both side Cabs 5 days working

ELIGIBILITY:-

- Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Maintain a positive and courteous customer experience
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Achieve defined performance and productivity targets
