About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Kolkata or Noida. This role is primarily focused on providing exceptional support to US healthcare clients by managing claim-related issues, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring timely resolution of accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer support or healthcare billing, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position requires working in a night shift, from the office, with an immediate joiner preferred. The selected candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our client relationships and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer support, healthcare billing, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, email systems, and web-based tools
- Good understanding of US healthcare processes, claim management, and denial reason analysis
- Ability to analyze information accurately with keen attention to detail
- Willingness to work night shifts and in a 24x7 operational environment




- Open to working from the office location in Kolkata or Noida

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to verify claim status and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Identify, document, and communicate denial reasons accurately to facilitate resolution
- Update claim status, notes, and actions in relevant systems and databases consistently and accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams such as billing, claims, and customer support to resolve claim-related issues efficiently
- Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies, confidentiality standards, and client requirements
- Achieve and maintain productivity, quality, and compliance targets as set by the management
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups for audit and quality assurance purposes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with industry changes and organizational processes
