Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Eligibility

- ualification : HSC (Freshers) / Graduates (Freshers) / Candidates with BPO experience
- Experience : Freshers or 6 months to 4 years of experience

Process

- Inbound Customer Support
- Handle customer queries related to home services such as electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, door repairs, and other technical issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service by resolving queries efficiently and professionally.

Shift Timings

- US 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Shift Timing (Rotational)

- 3:30 PM 12:30 AM
- 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
- 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- 12:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Weekly Offs

- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary

- HSC/Graduate Freshers: 22,000 (Gross)
- Experienced Candidates: 22,000 – 27,000 (Gross)

Company transport (one-side pick-up or drop, depending on shift) is available for candidates residing in:

- Kalwa Naka Road, Thane Railway Station (West
- Chembur (Covered boundaries: BARC Colony, Anushakti Nagar, Tata Colony, Swastik Park,

Chembur Circle, Chembur Naka, and Vashi Naka.)

Chembur (Not Covered boundaries: Mankhurd, Trombay, Chita Camp, Deonar, Shivaji Nagar,

Govandi, Ghatla, Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar, Shivneri Nagar, and nearby areas.)

Mandatory Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts and with rotational week offs.
- Candidates must reside within the company's hiring and transport boundaries.
