We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team Fitona India Pvt. Ltd. (Channel Partner of Alibaba). This role oversees customer service representatives, ensures timely resolution of client query, and maintains high standards of customer satisfaction for businesses using Alibaba.com services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring service performance, handling escalated issues, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing process improvements.

The Customer Service

Manager collaborates with sales and onboarding teams to provide consistent support throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management.
- Ability to handle escalations, manage conflict, and maintain a professional, solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of export trade or online marketplaces (e.g., Alibaba, TradeIndia, IndiaMart, Justdial) is an advantage.




- Also Focus on Renewel to improve it.

Requirements:-

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 0-4 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
