Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and concerns.

- Manage customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ensure seamless ground handling of customers' requests and complaints.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in BPO or related field (customer service, hospitality).

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).

- Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with international clients.

- Solid interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
