Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through dealers, distributors, customers, and other sales channels
- Promote and sell solar inverters, panels, accessories, and related products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Handle sales enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and quantity targets.
- Maintain sales records and reports using Excel / Google Sheets / ERP / CRM.
- Conduct dealer, customer, and project-site visits for business development.
- Support dealer network expansion and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Solar Inverters,



Solar Panels & Solar Systems.
- Basic understanding of Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Good communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination & relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage dealer/customer queries and sales enquiries.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with ERP / CRM software.
- Target-oriented, proactive and responsible approach.
- Willingness to travel for dealer/customer visits.

Qualifications

- Fresher to 1–2 years of experience in Solar / Inverter / Electrical industry preferred.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics or a related technical background.
- Solar Inverters, On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid Systems, Solar Panels & Accessories, and Solar Distribution / Dealer Networks.
