Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions over voice calls.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products/services.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Cross-Sell, Up-Sell, or Customer Service.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a voice-based customer service environment.
- Willingness to work from office and in rotational/night shifts.
