Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings across marketplaces and other online platforms.
- Respond to customer reviews professionally, politely, and within defined timelines.
- Identify negative reviews and proactively reach out to customers to understand the issue.
