About the Role

We are seeking professional, customer-focused, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates / Ground Handlers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist passengers throughout the airport journey, including check-in, boarding, arrival, and departure.
- Provide accurate information regarding flights, boarding procedures, baggage, and airport services.
- Assist passengers with check-in formalities, boarding passes, baggage handling, and gate procedures.
- Provide courteous assistance to senior citizens, children, and passengers requiring special assistance.
- Handle passenger queries and concerns with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
- Maintain operational records and complete required documentation accurately.
- Strictly follow all applicable aviation safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Maintain qualified grooming and consistently represent the organization with a positive and courteous attitude.

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and passenger-handling skills.
- Professional appearance and well-groomed personality.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant airport, aviation, hospitality, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.
