We are looking for a Customer Service Executive – Fresher to join our growing logistics and freight forwarding team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating with customers and internal teams, providing shipment updates, and ensuring smooth customer communication.

This is a customer coordination and support role, suitable for candidates who are good at communication, organised, responsible, and interested in building a career in customer service and logistics.

Customer Service Executive – Fresher

- Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, email and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with customers and operations team
- Provide shipment updates and follow up on requirements
- Prepare basic quotations, documents and reports
- Computer Skills:



Basic MS Excel, Word, Email & WhatsApp
- Communication: Basic English required; Tamil preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to learn logistics & freight forwarding
- Dress Code: Formal / skilled attire
- Punctual, responsible and well-organised
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Maintain proper customer and shipment records
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Salary Performance Incentives based on company structure

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
