Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers (in-person, phone, email, or chat).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products or services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to resolve customer issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.

Eligibility:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing.
- Any Graduate degree from a recognized insitution.
