About the Role

SmartFin CFO is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, understand customer requirements, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to effectively handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding services, updates,



and requirements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to improve retention.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, follow-ups, and relationship status.

Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Customer Support, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Candidates with experience in B2B client handling or financial/business services will be preferred.
