Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media coordination

- Coordinate with social media manager, creators, photographers and designers

- Coordinate and follow up for reels, posts, stories and UGC

- Coordinate product dispatches for influencers and shoots

- Monitor Instagram comments, DMs and mentions

- Assist with content shoots and product requirements

- Coordinate product availability for shoots

- Maintain Google Sheets, databases and operational trackers

- Coordinate between different teams for pending tasks

- Follow up on deadlines and deliverables

- Assist with campaigns, launches, giveaways and promotions

- Prepare basic weekly social media reports

- Support daily operational activities

- Handle ad-hoc coordination tasks assigned by the founder/manager

- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners

- Maintain organized records and documentation

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
