Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive for Vi mini S​tore

We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Executive to join our Vi mini store team. The candidate will generate sales leads, promote complete range of Vi products and services & contact the customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell:
- Buy VIP Number / Matching Number
- Port to Vi (MNP)
- Prepaid to Postpaid
- Buy Postpaid SIM / New Connection
- SIM Replacement
- Government, PSU & Corporate Plans
- Customer Support and all other Vi services
- Explain plans, offers, and perks to customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Requirements:





- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Experience in sales or telecalling is preferred.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Shahdara, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
