Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. This role focuses on managing customer interactions, responding to inquiries, and providing product information and recommendations for lighting solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling walk-in and existing clients, maintaining records of customer communication, coordinating with the sales and operations teams, and following up on orders and deliveries. The executive will also support after-sales service, gather customer feedback, and help resolve issues to ensure positive long-term relationships.



The role requires consistent on-site presence to collaborate with colleagues and engage directly with customers.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities, with an interest in promoting lighting solutions and supporting revenue growth.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing multiple customer requests.
- Comfort with using computers and business tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software).
- Ability to work in office in Ernakulam and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles; experience in lighting, retail, or home improvement sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or a diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
